We use our inside knowledge of worldwide venues to source locations and ensure they have the facilities to fit your specific needs and budget. For your peace of mind, site assessments are performed on all venues prior to event confirmation. We are aware of the regulations associated with venue choice and we ensure all meetings adhere to these guidelines.

Travel Logistics

We works with well-established travel consultants to manage all group, delegate and speaker travel requirements including ground transfers. As well as having a dedicated Synergy Vision contact, delegates can access all information as required via our bespoke event website.

Delegate Management

We are dedicated to providing professional and friendly delegate management, ensuring that event attendees are provided with clear, precise and timely information relating to their specific requirements for each event.
