Synergy Vision has been awarded platinum accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) and are the number one company in our sector.
Platinum is the highest level of IIP accreditation and is something only 2% of organisations achieve.
Platinum accreditation means practices around supporting people are embedded in every part of the company, every employee knows they have a part to play, and the company is always looking for ways to improve.
IIP had particular praise for several areas of the business, including:
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Synergy Vision. Platinum accreditation is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places them in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Synergy Vision scored a hugely impressive 806 out of 900 in the IIP survey against an industry benchmark of 720.
Commenting on the award, Synergy Vision CEO Ffyona Dawber, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be awarded platinum accreditation.
“The past few years has seen our business grow significantly and to gain platinum accreditation shows that we’ve not lost sight of the things that have always been important to us.
“We’ve always put our people first and to hear that our team loves working for Synergy Vision is such a great feeling.
“It puts us in a great position to tackle the current challenges facing all businesses at this time and approach the future full of confidence.”
