We at Synergy Vision are adding the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to our board and recruiting internally to fill the post of Managing Director (MD).
With effect from January 2021, former MD Eileen Gallagher takes on the role of COO, with a clear focus on operational excellence to support ambitious growth targets. Eileen is part of the founding team that developed Synergy Vision in 2009.
Karine Henderson is appointed Managing Director, remaining client-facing and continuing to build Synergy Vision’s strategic and creative offerings.
Karine was previously Director of Medical Strategy, having joined just over a year ago with more than 20 years’ healthcare communications experience, across both clients and agencies.
Her expertise in strategic planning and communications straddles a diverse range of therapy areas and brands across the product lifecycle. She is passionate about driving better patient experience and outcomes and is excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead.
