Synergy Vision have been shortlisted for an Investors in People (IIP) Employer of the Year: Platinum 50-249 award.
We’d already been awarded Platinum accreditation by the IIP– something less than 2% of organisations achieve – and this latest news is further validation for our amazing team and the work they do.
Speaking about Synergy Vision, the IIP said: “The four-day working week initiative indicates the value the company places upon its employees.
“The company has coped well with the COVID-19 lockdown. [The submission] demonstrates the company's adaptability in addressing unforeseen circumstances to ensure that customer service is maintained. Steps to meet the challenge of the pandemic are also reflected in the great concern the company has shown for the well being of staff when homeworking.
“The company's strong values relating to openness and transparency, honesty, innovation and employee well being are very apparent [from the submission].
“The company's successful formula hitherto – investing in the personal and professional development of the workforce – will continue into the future as the organisation continues to broaden its client base and diversity its service offering.”
Synergy Vision MD, Eileen Gallagher, added: “This is brilliant news and we are so pleased to be recognised by IIP for our ongoing commitment to the team, despite the uncertainty that the pandemic has brought.
“To be shortlisted is a great achievement and is further proof that sticking to our principals of people first is the right way to ensure our team stays happy, healthy and are able to deliver great work for our clients.”
The winners will be announced in a digital awards ceremony on November 24th 2020.
