About the role
We started with a vision, and we’ve stayed true to our four key principles: Open, Driven, Real, and Connected. We take a genuinely flexible, people-first approach to our work and company culture – including employee ownership and our permanent 4-day working week. We’re now looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager with a passion for medical education and live event delivery to join our team on a hybrid basis in the UK.
Reporting to one of our Account Directors and working cross-functionally with our Programme Development, Medical Writing & Editorial, and Creative Teams, this role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering impactful medical communications within a successful, independent agency.
Day to day, you’ll be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. You’ll contribute to strategic planning, manage timelines and logistics for both virtual and onsite meetings, support proposal development, and help drive excellence across our medical education programmes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
A few more details about the job:
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality medical education programmes and events, serving as the key point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional communication, trusted leadership, and proactive project management across accounts
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery – from client brief and budgeting to content development, event logistics, and post-project reporting
- Liaise with KOLs and clients, ensuring external and internal alignment on project goals, timelines, and outputs, as well as smooth coordination and compliance within industry regulations
- Support the business development process by contributing to proposals, pitches, and identifying organic growth opportunities within client accounts
- Inspire and guide internal teams, ensuring effective delegation, shared learnings, and positive collaboration across departments
This is a dynamic, client-facing role with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. You’ll be supported in growing your skills and experience within a collaborative agency culture where your ideas and contributions can genuinely shape the future of our client partnerships and projects.
